Job Description
As a Web Designer at Apsensys, you will be at the forefront of crafting dynamic, visually engaging online experiences that captivate our business-focused audience.
This role is key to shaping the look and feel of our digital presence, ensuring that our content reaches readers in a compelling way. You'll collaborate closely with editorial, marketing, and development teams to translate editorial concepts into beautiful, functional designs.
Responsibilities
- Design and create visually engaging layouts and page elements for the websites, ensuring it’s both aesthetically appealing and user-friendly
- Develop and maintain design templates for articles, homepage, landing pages, and special editions, aligning with the brand’s style and editorial content
- Work closely with the web development team to ensure design elements are integrated smoothly and optimally
- Ensure all web designs are mobile-friendly and responsive, delivering an optimal user experience across different devices
- Conduct usability testing to identify areas of improvement and enhance overall site functionality and navigation
- Integrate multimedia elements (images, videos, infographics) seamlessly into web pages
- Optimize images and page layouts for fast loading times without compromising on design quality
- Regularly update the website’s design and layout to ensure it remains modern, fresh, and in line with current design trend
- Troubleshoot design issues and resolve them in a timely manner
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript basics
- Experience with CSS3, PHP, Mysql
- Basic understanding of web analytics tools to monitor web performance

- Strong creative and visual design skills, with an eye for detail and aesthetics
- Ability to balance user experience, functionality, and aesthetics in web design
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Qualifications
- Any Graduate Web designing course completion certificate
