Job Description
The Creative Designer plays a vital role in shaping the visual aspects of the projects layout and design. As a key member of the design team, you will be responsible for producing innovative and eye-catching layouts, graphics, and other visual assets for our print and digital editions.
This role is perfect for a highly creative individual with a passion for business design, visual storytelling, and crafting compelling graphics that engage our business-focused audience.
Responsibilities
- Building Design and layout to the online and offline editorial content, including feature stories, columns, cover pages, and advertisements, ensuring a cohesive and visually appealing experience for readers
- Develop and execute creative concepts for both print and digital issues, ensuring all designs align with the brand, vision, and target audience
- Collaborate with the editorial team to understand the content and create designs that complement and enhance the narrative of each article or section
- Develop design templates and assets for regular offline sections, such as infographics, charts, and feature pages, maintaining visual consistency
- Create visually engaging graphics for the websites, social media channels, and email newsletters, ensuring designs are optimized for digital engagement
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas for cover designs, special editions, and promotional materials
Technical Skills
- InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and other relevant design tools
- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design principles
- Knowledge of web design, HTML, and CSS is a plus

Qualifications
- Any Graduate Exposure to Graphic Designing process is mandatory
